Lightly toasted until fragrant, before adding creamy coconut milk, green beans, sliced potatoes & cauliflower. Add seared beef rump & serve over fluffy basmati rice with fresh chilli, a squeeze of lime, fresh coriander & topped with crunchy peanuts.
