Our incredible rendang style curry paste is made from scratch with lime, cumin, coriander seeds, ginger, lemongrass, cinnamon & cloves. Simmered until fragrant with creamy coconut milk, add in crunchy green beans, cauliflower, cubes of sweet potato, desiccated coconut & just seared strips of beef rump steak. Served over fluffy basmatic rice with fresh lime, coriander & chili to taste.
