Bron’s Crispy Chicken Wings with Garlic Snow Pea & Brown Rice Stirfry
Free range chicken wings are marinated in sesame & soy, before being oven roasted until crispy & golden. Served with a glorious stirfry of fresh ginger, garlic, brown rice, snow peas, spring onions & pak choy. Topped with crunchy peanuts, fresh coriander, chilli to taste and a squeeze of lime.
Supplier Highlights:Â Â Free range chicken wings, Carnarvon grown snow peas, Wanneroo grown spring onion, pak choy & herbs, South West WA limes
Amelia's (Our Dietitian) Notes: "Snowpeas add a burst of nutrients to this stirfry. My tip - try biting them raw while you’re preparing this dish. If you like the taste of them raw, they make a great high fibre snack."
Allergens: This meal includes TLPWTM Chicken Marinade (soybeans, sesame seeds, peanuts, wheat) and TLPWTM Stirfry Sauce (wheat, crustaceans, soybeans, sesame seeds) as core ingredients. Peanuts are present and can easily be omitted when serving. Peanut oil is present but can be swapped with olive oil when cooking.

Balsamic Sirloins with Roasted Veg Salad

Supplier Highlights:Â Â WA Grass Fed Beef Sirloin (Marinated), Borrello Cheese Fior Di Latte, Wanneroo Grown Squash & Zucchini
Amelia's (Our Dietitian) Notes:Â "Potatoes are a great way to increase the amount of plant-based foods on your plate. The trick is to cook them at home in single blend oils (e.g olive, sunflower, canola, safflower) and limit those extra crispy ones from outside the home."
Allergens:Â Fior di latte (milk) is present & can easily be omitted when serving.
