Amelia Park lamb comes minced & ready marinated with cumin, ginger, garlic & five spice. Mixed through with a pastured egg, finely diced herbs & shaped into kofta's, before pan frying with a squeeze of fresh lemon. Piled into warmed wholemeal pita breads with a salad of fresh spinach, marinated fetta, pickled red onion, juicy tomatoes & a dollop of our honey & lemon tahini dressing.
