Dr Amelia's (Our Dietitian) Notes: "Celery makes a tasty and nutritious base to cooked dishes or is delicious eaten fresh as a fibrous low energy snack.
Mushrooms are one of the only non-animal and unfortified food sources of Vitamin D. When exposed to UV, mushrooms produce Vitamin D, which assists in calcium adsorption and muscle function.

Allergens: This meal includes pasta (wheat, egg) as a core ingredient. Parmesan cheese (milk) is present and can easily be omitted when serving.
