Free range pork loin steaks, ready marinated by the legends at Frank Torres in a blend of fresh herbs, garlic & organic Redtail Ridge olive oil. Pan seared & served over a warm salad of roasted fennel, apple, crisp radicchio leaves, fresh mint & creamy Borrello Cheese fior di latte.
Thick cut sirloin, pan seared, then oven roasted. Thickly sliced & served over a warm salad of roasted Warren Grange heirloom pumpkin, cauliflower & chickpeas. Add crisp baby spinach leaves & a drizzle of harrissa spiced yoghurt.
Fresh WA snapper fillets from Kailis Seafood are gently poached in our famous, handmade yellow curry paste - rich in flavours of lemongrass, kafir lime & ginger. Add crunchy green beans, broccolini & cauliflower & serve over silky rice noodles. Finished with fresh lime, Thai basil & chili to taste.
