Succulent balsamic marinated mushrooms are pan seared, before being gently stuffed into warm brioche buns, slathered with a sensational, fetta, avocado & chickpea smash. Add golden slices of grilled halloumi, our delicious take on a classic burger sauce, crunchy salad onion, juicy slices of tomato & served with a crisp salad of baby gem lettuce leaves & a creamy dijon & garlic dressing.
The finishing touch? That's some crunchy paprika & sea salt wedges, oven roasted & served with a delightfully garlicky aioli.
