Liam is the founder + director of Refresh Whole Foods, which he started 3 years ago out of an urge to get heathy and lead a nourishing life, physically and mentally.

Marvellous Milk

Two x 1L of milk are included in your delivery.

Got milk? You will, with this little delight being delivered to your door every Monday! Start the week off right and pat yourself on the back come early Tuesday AM when you go to make your coffee & get to use the fresh, creamy deliciousness that is either full fat or skim milk from the WA legends at Bannister Downs. Not into dairy delights. That's okay the team from MILKLAB have been busy milking the tiny udders of almonds for your dairy free drinking. Choose from either full cream, skim milk, or Almond. OR don't pick any milk your rebellious swine.

Supplier Highlights: Bannister Downs Dairy are based in Northcliffe, on an almost century old, family run farm. Home to more than 2000 Holstein Fresian cows, the Bannister Downs team are leading the way in transparent, ethical dairy farming. Their processes, ethics & beautiful milk made them an easy choice for us to add them to our #locallegends list of suppliers.

Supplier Highlights: MILKLAB is an Australian company that developed a range of amazing milk through the collaboration between foodies, baristas & farmers. The almond milk we have to offer, is formulated to go wonderfully with coffee so you can start your day on the right note!

Eggcellent Eggs

One dozen, freshly laid egglets are included in your delivery.

Omelette, boiled, poached, scrambled or fried, your breakfast is only as good as your eggs piglet & these beauties from our friends at Little Creek Pastured eggs are our fave!

Supplier Highlights: We've worked with the wonderful team at Little Creek Pastured Eggs now for several years & just can't get enough of their incredible, fresh egglets. Noelle and Steve run their small boutique, family business in the Avon Valley, just outside Toodyay & currently have around 900 hens (more commonly referred to as "the ladies" roaming their green paddocks. Fun fact? The Ladies also have their very own live in bodyguards, two alpacas called Starsky & Hutch who keep a keen eye out for the gals as they forage, sunbathe & take dust baths. #fabulous

Bread (aka Carbs of Happiness)

One whole, unsliced loaf is included in your delivery.

Just bread? Nooooo piglets, we like to refer to these beauties from the team at General Public Food Co as "carbs of happiness". Choose from a whole, unsliced white fluffy sourdough, a delicious multigrain loaf or a mixed spice and sultana studded fruit loaf. OR go crazy and get two loaves (it's what we do).

Supplier Highlights: The creators behind General Public Food Co. are Evan and Sarah Hewitt and these #locallegends are renowned for all things sourdough. Their passion extends to mouthwatering pizza's, scrumptious baked goods (HELLO cinnamon scrolls) and their incredible fresh bread. These Little Pigs are very excited to be working with the team at General Public Food Co to deliver their freshly baked sourdough bread as part of our Bread, Eggs & Milk boxes. Baked fresh in the wee hours of Monday morning, ready for #deliveryday these #carbsofhappiness are nothing like you've tasted before.
