Our glorious fresh curry paste, rich in flavours of garam masala, turmeric, white pepper, garlic & ginger is toasted until fragrant, before adding in creamy coconut milk, chunks of cauliflower, chickpeas & zucchini. Simmered, then served over fluffy basmati rice with fresh herbs & a glorious topping of desiccated coconut, fresh lime & chopped banana.
