FAQ's

Can I claim my delivery on my NDIS plan?

If your plan includes preparation and delivery of meals you might be eligible to claim up to 70% of your delivery. If you are unsure, contact your plan manager to check or visit the NDIS website ndis.gov.au to confirm what you are eligible to claim.

How does payment work?
Select the option at checkout to receive an itemised invoice for NDIS claims & complete payment for your order. We'll provide you with an itemised invoice for you to then make a claim to the NDIS.
These are processed & emailed out to the email address you've used for your order every Tuesday, if you require one sooner please get in touch with Chris via email here or call us on 0401731783.

What is The sWine Cellar?

The sWine Cellar is a curated lineup of delicious West Australian wines, where every sip tells a tale. Designed to delight, inspire, educate & showcase the best of the west, we're thrilled to be offering a lineup of exclusive, interesting, delicious & small batch wines for your enjoyment, delivered to your door.

I've just ordered from The sWine Cellar, when will i get my delivery?

Congratulations on your excellent taste in sWine piggo & thanks for supporting our all-star WA cast of winemakers & producers. We'll deliver your order within 3-5 days of you placing it (get in touch here if you need a firmer eta) & delivery zones do apply (see map below).

If you're out of our zones, fear not, there are ways we can get your sWine to you! Get in touch with our pig of the people Chris here for some help.

Country & Interstate shipping available on request.

Do I need to be home when you deliver my sWine?
No, you don’t need to be home just ensure (unless it's obvious) that you leave specific instructions on where to leave it so it's secure and doesn't grow legs (or trotters). If you have a locked gate or are in a complex, please provide us with entry codes and instructions on where to leave your order. Our delivery piglets descend from a special ninja breed of piglet but breaking and entering a secure complex is a little out of their job description.

We take every care with your order & delivery, but we are not liable for your order once delivered to your specified location, so please get in touch if you're worried you won't be home or it's not secure to make a plan.

How do I know when my sWine is on the way?
Once the order is processed for delivery, we will send you an SMS to advise that the order is on the way and a delivery window when you can expect your delicious wines.  Note: For interstate deliveries this will be advice from Australia Post as our preferred interstate courier.

How much is the delivery fee?
Orders over $99 are free, wahoo! There's a $12 fee for orders under $99 - so may as well order a few more bottles just to be safe. For interstate orders or orders outside of our delivery zone, the delivery fee will be based on the current Australia Post standard delivery costs & likely to vary according to the destination. Get in touch with our pig of the people Chris here for a delivery estimate.

Where do we deliver?

Why should I order sWine from you?

The sWine Cellar sells only West Australian wines with a focus on boutique, premium & hard to source wines in line with our business ethos of supporting local WA producers. When you buy from us, you're supporting these smaller owners, producers & winemakers who pour their heart and soul into every bottle. You also get a feature wine card in your pack of some educational info on that wine that's going to make you look super knowledgeable at your next dinner party. Hard to find, excellent WA wine plus the info on how to talk about it and how to serve it? Wow.

Can I use my Gift Voucher to buy wine?

Wine not! Of course you can piggo, just enter your code on the shopping trolley and we will do the rest. Not working? Our website has a few gremlins on the gift voucher front so before you throw your wine glass at the screen, give our pig of the people Chris a hoi on 0401731783 & he will sort you out before you can say "polish the glasses babe, I got us a nice Chardy".

My sWine was damaged...help!

Alas! This is weird, unlikely and we're absolutely dismayed. Let's not cry over spilt wine, get in contact with our brilliant pig of the people (Chris) via text, call or email immediately. Please see our contact page here for your preferred option.

Can I subscribe for constant flow of wine?

One day you may have constant wine flowing to your front door piggo but not today. We are casual orders only at this stage but please stay tuned as we get the sWine Club up and running in the next few months. You'll be the first to know (as long as you're on our mailing list). However, if you are a committed piglet with our weekly meal kits then there are 4 beautiful wineries that you can add to your subscription here: https://www.thislittlepigwenttomarket.com.au/meal-kits

Help I have too much wine, can I change my order or cancel my order?

We understand. It's a good problem to have but still a problem. If you need to cancel or change your order you will need to get in touch with Chris on 0401 731 783 or [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll see how far down the swine slide chain of events it's got to and what we can do.

Do committed pigs get a discount on this wine?

Alas piglets, not on this side of the barn. We do, however, have 4 beautiful wineries that you can get 6% discount on when you order alongside our meal kits as a committed piglet subscription. See here to order and sign up as a committed piglet https://www.thislittlepigwenttomarket.com.au/meal-kits

Can I pick up my wine?

Sorry piglet, liquor licence says 'no', we are a pre-order wine delivery service only.

Do I return my boxes with my next order like the meal kit boxes?

Our goal is to become the most sustainable meal kit and wine delivery company in the word, so if your packaging is clean and ready to go again we would love your boxes back for another round when we drop off your next order or if you're in the area, you can drop them to us at Unit 2, 35 Radius Loop, Bayswater, Mon-Fri 7:30am-3pm. Drink wine, save the world. All in a day’s work!

Not in our area? Don't panic, we are expanding all the time in response to demand, so please email us with your postcode as the subject line at:[email protected] and we will endeavour to get to your area ASAP.

What are your delivery days?

Currently we deliver our weekly meal kits every Monday, with orders closing on the previous Monday night at 8pm for delivery the following week. What are your delivery times? Can I pick them or can I be given a specific time?

We deliver between 9am and 6pm on Mondays in a glorious cooler box that keeps all the produce sexy, fresh (it also looks quite glamorous!) and cool until 7pm the day of delivery. On the day of delivery, we send out a text message to confirm your delivery is on the road - unfortunately we can’t alter our couriers’ routes to suit your schedule (sorry piglets). If you need to know a more approximate window, then please get in touch on the day of delivery and we can let you know an estimation of when to expect your delivery.

Pickup? For sure! Just make a note in your order details at the checkout or get in touch with our customer service guru Chris and let him know you would like to collect your order from our warehouse in Bayswater. Pickup available between 10am-3pm on Monday.

Sorry Piglets, no collection is possible for delicious WA wines from our sWine Cellar, but you can certainly organise collection of any food products.

What are your delivery fees?

Nothing! We're the only meal kit company that doesn't charge you for delivery of your delicious meals - you're welcome piggo.

What is a committed piglet and how do I become one?

Becoming a committed pig is a fabulous option, it's the commitment of deliciousness with none of the usual strain and boredom of a long-term relationship.

It takes the hassle out of trying to remember to get your order in on time and just leaves regular food, glorious food. Simply select the 'Yes please, I would like a discount' option when you order your meal kit and you will get given a lovely account that you can login and pause, cancel or change your orders around (for more info on how to do that see FAQ's at the bottom of this page).

You will be debited weekly on Monday night at 8pm for the following week's delivery and then we will deliver a box of deliciousness to your door with no fuss, no stress and no thinking. If you would like a break or are heading away for the weekend, just login into your account before Monday 8pm the week before your next delivery and press 'skip' and the bacon will be paused for that week.

If for some unexpected reason you do need to cancel a processed order, please get in touch with us ASAP.

*Note: you don't need to re-order every week - the account will do that for you.

*Note x 2: You can select weekly, fortnightly or every 3 weeks for deliveries - "how convenient!" we hear you yell!

How do I get started now that I'm a Committed Piglet?

Just go to “My Account" at the top right of the website - log in (if you’ve never logged in before you will have to click on “Register Now"). Make sure you use the same email as the one you ordered with and then once logged in, click where it says: "Subscription”.

How do I pause or cancel my order?

To pause: On the Subscription page click the “Skip, pause or recover” drop down menu, then click the “Pause Subscription” button. Your account will now be on pause for any future debits (so if you have an upcoming delivery already paid for, you cannot pause that, just future debits). Your account will remain on pause indefinitely until you log in and click “Resume Subscription”.

To cancel: (Nooooo piglet, don’t leave us!) Click on the “Cancel Subscription” drop down menu then click the “Cancel Subscription” button. This drops you back to a casual piglet able to order at your own desire. If you wish to become a committed piglet again, simply click the “yes please I’d like a discount” button next time you order.

To Skip: We get it piglets, holidays are fab! If you need to stop orders for a little bit, then use the pause button as mentioned above. If you are away for a short spell then click on the “Skip, pause or recover” drop down menu, then click the “Skip order” selection next to each upcoming delivery date. This will skip delivery for that date (and debit the week prior). If you make an error with your dates or plans change, simply click “Recover order” for deliciousness.

I need to change my address?

Once logged in, select Addresses from the top menu. You can edit the address you currently use or add in a new address if it is a temporary one.

If you have multiple addresses saved, to make sure your next delivery goes to the correct address, click on the “Manage delivery details” drop down menu then click on the “Change delivery info” button and then select the address you need for delivery.

Any changes to the delivery address/delivery info will only affect future orders not yet debited. So if you have an upcoming order already paid for, the address will remain the selected address at time of purchase. If you need to make a change to an already paid for but not yet delivered order, then contact Customer Service on 0401 731 783.

I want my deliveries weekly instead of fortnightly?

What a fabulous idea! In your account under the column that says “frequency” just click and edit the number to suit your needs whether it be weekly, fortnightly or so on and so forth.

Is there anything I need at home to cook This Little Pig?

We provide every single item, right down to the foil, drop of oil and sprinkling of spice, all you need to do is have your kitchen utensils ready and an expectant empty belly.

What utensils do I need to own to cook This Little Pig?

This Little Pig recommends a cooktop, oven and microwave (we give you microwave alternatives if you're part of the anti-microwave movement - yes that's a thing). A medium fry pan, oven tray, pot, spatula, grater, peeler, sieve and a great attitude. You won’t use all these utensils every time but this is generally the key to happy cooking times.
