Romantic Dinner in 30 Minutes or less.

March 03 2021
Valentines day. Some people love it. Others hate it. Some just don’t really notice it. Whatever your emotions are on this day, you still need to eat and the fact of the matter is that if you go out for dinner, you will be stuffed into a tiny table amongst couples that seem veryyyy in love. You will be given food off a set menu, chooffed out the door after your seating has finished (seating’s at 6:00, 7:30 and 9:00) and the whole thing will cost you a minimum of $100, if you’re lucky. Don’t be that piglet, lock your doors, put on a silk shift and press play on Barry White. This Little Pig says, stay at home pigletto and it has just the meal for a romantic piglet to cook another piglet – if that was your thing.

Rosemary & Garlic Panko Crumbed Lamb Chops

April 26 2017
Has anyone ever said to you “one day we’ll just need to take a pill for our food and life will be so much easier”? This Little Pig has had many swine’s say this over the years and it imagines getting a big glazed honey and ginger ham leg and clonking it over their head. I mean who in their right mind would indulge the idea of forgoing food for a pill? This fine swine often thinks about that statement when it eats particularly delicious things and this crumbed lamb chop recipe was one such dish.

Tandoori Crusted Lamb Chops with Summer Mint Yoghurt Salad.

February 25 2015

Let’s be honest. Lamb chops are completely delicious. Your marinating technique could be yelling the word “MARINADE!” repeatedly whilst you take the lamb chops out of the packet and they would still be juicy morsels of heaven. However, if you wanted to put in a tiny bit more effort and reap divine results this recipe is the winner.

Great for those hot nights where the thought of clothes is definitely optional and the crickets are chirping a heady tune outside your window. Its succulent tangy spices, fresh salad and cool yoghurt dressing just yell “it’s summer baby.”
